All lesson downloads are accompanied by lesson notes for your supervising driver.  The lesson notes set out the aims of each lesson, suggested locations for each practice session and the main learning points.  There are also references to other useful resources, links to other websites to assist your learning, and all Highway Code references.

Each audio lesson contains, on average, 12 minutes of recording, during which time you are asked to pause the audio to discuss or to drive, so that each one should last about an hour, depending on how long you spend on each of the practice sessions during the lesson.  And of course, one of the major advantages is that you can use the same audio lesson over and over, whereas this would normally mean 'repeat' driving lessons with a driving instructor!  No forgetting what your instructor has taught you - just listen again.
