At last! Common sense reigns and people can go about their daily lives without fear of the
wheel clamper when on private land! From the nurse trying to visit her patients to the workman
trying to fit a new kitchen for a client, the clamper will no longer be the stuff of their
nightmares. Obviously, drivers need to use their common sense and make sure that where they
