"Lofaway2Pass"
by Diane Hall
Every year, over half of the Driving Tests conducted will result in failure!
Reading the above statement, I’m sure you’ll agree that that’s an awful lot of very disappointed people. Over the years, I have taught many people to drive, and during this time, I have become increasingly disheartened at the number of really good drivers who fail their test because of nerves on the day.
In addition to this, I was also concerned about the number of repetitive lessons that I was teaching because pupils seemed to be forgetting much of what they had been taught from one lesson to the next.
I believed that pupils were spending more money on ‘repetitive’ lessons and tests than necessary, so I decided that there had to be a better way for me to help pupils to pass their test, and ultimately become safe, thoughtful and considerate drivers. To this end I researched different methods that would help pupils to increase their ability and confidence, and enable them to reduce their stress and nerves on test day. The results of this research form the basis of this book.
Used correctly, this book will enable you to reduce the number of lessons and tests that you require. If, as a result of using the techniques in this book, you pass your test in just five less lessons, that’s a saving of over £100.00, not to mention the immense relief that you will feel having been able to take, and pass, your driving test feeling calm, relaxed and in control.
Throughout the book, you will find successfully proven methods and techniques that work. With the aid of this book, I feel confident that you will be able to increase your driving ability, your self-assurance will soar, and you can eliminate test day nerves.
I highly recommend that you buy this book in conjunction with the Virtual Driving Instructor programme of audio driving lessons, to dramatically reduce your costs, even if you can't actually access a car to practise in. Diane explains in this book how visualising driving in between your actual driving lessons will help you to remember better the things your instructor taught in the lesson. By listening to the relevant audio lesson at the same time, then you can ensure you remember everything as you follow these visualisation exercises.
